At Motor Home Tires, we love getting to know fellow RVers and motor home enthusiasts from around the country. We recently completed a tire install for Steve Pearson and wanted to know a little bit more about how he and his family got into the RV lifestyle. Check out his story in our Q&A below — you may just discover a few new travel spots that you just have to see for yourself.
Motor Home Tires: Where’s your favorite place to travel?
Steve: Oregon Inlet, North Carolina; Edisto Beach, South Carolina; and Upper Michigan.
Motor Home Tires: And where do you plan on traveling next?
Steve: Amish Country in Ohio!
Motor Home Tires: What’s your favorite travel memory?
Steve: Visiting Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, with a cousin from Texas.
Motor Home Tires: What do you love about RV-ing?
Steve: The freedom of the road and meeting different people along the way, and being together with family and friends — also traveling with our granddaughters and our Bernese mountain dog, Bernie.
Motor Home Tires: What got you into RV-ing in the first place?
Steve: Many years ago, when our three daughters were growing up, it was inexpensive, so we bought a pop-up. We created many memories and now we enjoy making new memories with our grandkids.
Motor Home Tires: Do you prefer to travel with family and friends, or to fly solo?
Steve: Family and friends.
Motor Home Tires: What’s your favorite meal to eat or cook on the road?
Steve: Breakfast and hobo dinners around the campfire.

Steve: Live, love and experience the bounty this great country of ours has to offer.
